Every air duct cleaning service includes:
- Cleaning All Supply Vents (the vents that blow heated/cooled air)
- Cleaning All Return Vents (the vents that suck heated/cooled air)
- Cleaning your Furnace, including blower motor (the heart of your system)
- Air Duct Sanitation and Deodorization, using a safe, botanical based product.
- We take our time to make sure every job is done right. (Expect about 2.5 hours at a minimum for homes around 2,000 SF)
The Cleaning Process
We turn your ductwork into a large central vacuum system by attaching our “negative air machine” a fancy word for a huge vacuum to the ductwork by your furnace.
- We seal each and every vent in your home so all of the suction is directed to one vent at a time.
- We agitate all of the dust and debris from each vent, one at a time, back to our vacuum using compressed air whips.
- We clean all of the connecting ductwork as well as the furnace including the all important blower motor.
Once everything is cleaned, we professionally seal all access points and fog an EPA approved 99.99% effective disinfectant throughout the system to take care of any lingering smells.
Additional Service: Furnace Cleaning — $200
Homes larger than about 3,000 square feet often have 2 or more furnaces or more. Our thorough process requires us to access each furnace and it’s connecting ductwork separately. Each additional furnace takes about the same time as a completely separate air duct cleaning. Because we’re already at your home, we only charge $200 for each additional furnace.
